Having a set routine helps your brain into not worrying as much. Since it does not have to worry about what to do next. Have a set schedule for sleep and workouts if you can. Take at least 15 minutes outside in nature and focus on your surroundings, take something to drink that you enjoy, and just be for a few minutes. Write down a mantra or an affirmation you would like to follow for the day, meditate on why it would be helpful for you and in your life.
